Rules

One number decides everything here. These are the rules around that number.

Bidding

Bids are whole US dollars. The smallest new listing is $3, the largest bid is $999,999.
Your bid is your score. The board sorts by score, highest first. Nothing else moves you: not age, not clicks, not how good the site is.
To take any spot, including #1, pay $1 more than the listing you are passing. Bidding less is still fine; you simply land wherever your number puts you.
Equal bids are ordered oldest first. Whoever got to that number earlier stays above.
Existing bids never decay. A listing keeps its amount until it is raised or until somebody passes it.

Submit the same address again and pick a higher number. You are charged only the difference between your current bid and the new one.
A raise has to move you by at least $1.
That discount is yours alone. Someone else cannot take your rank by paying the same difference. To pass you they need a full bid of their own that beats your total.
If the board moves while your checkout is open, the dollars you paid still count. They are added on top of wherever the listing has got to, so a payment is never worth less than what you spent.

Listings are keyed by their address, so example.com, www.example.com/ and example.com/promo?utm_source=x are all the same listing and share one bid.
App Store, Play Store, GitHub and similar hosts are keyed by the specific app or repo, so two products on one platform never share a bid.
Query strings are stripped from the outbound link. Affiliate, referral and tracking parameters will not survive. Link to your own domain and do your attribution there.
Link shorteners are resolved to whatever they point at and keyed by that. If we cannot resolve one, it is rejected.

A website. Domains only.
Anything in or around the casino industry: operators, sportsbooks, poker rooms, sweepstakes sites, game studios, platforms, affiliate programmes, tracking software, payment and KYC vendors, data feeds, review sites, communities, streamers, and player-protection tools.

Adult and NSFW. Porn, cam sites and adult platforms do not belong here. Rejected before payment.
Group chats and invites. Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Signal, Messenger and the rest. List a product, not a room.
Cheats and rigged-game claims. Predictors, “guaranteed win” systems, hacked clients and cracked APKs get pulled.
Operators running without the licence they claim. If you advertise a licence, it has to be real and current.

Obvious breaches are caught before checkout, so you are not charged for something that was never going to be listed.
Everything else goes live the moment payment clears and is reviewed afterwards. Paying for #1 and then waiting on a human would be absurd.
A listing removed in review is taken off the board and cannot be relisted. Bids are not refunded, which is why anything obviously against these rules is blocked before you are charged rather than after.
Rank is bought. It is not a recommendation, an endorsement, or evidence that an operator is licensed, solvent or fair. Do your own checks.
